1 Extremely noisy. 2 Office never addressed the problem. They will come up anything to push your request back. 3 Old and dirty facilities.

RUN! WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT LIVE HERE. THIS PLACE IS INFESTED IN BUGS. WE HAVE BED BUGS AND COCKROACHES NOW, YET THE DID NOT TELL US UNTIL AFTER WE MOVED IN WITH ALL OUR BRAND NEW FURNITURE(THAT IS NOW DESTROYED). WE CANT SLEEP BECAUSE BED BUGS BITE US ALL OVER LEAVING WELTS ON OUR BODIES. WE CANT EAT BECAUSE OF FEAR WE WILL FIND BUGS IN THE FOOD. IT IS COMPLETELY UNLIVEABLE. WE HAVE HAD MULTIPLY TREATMENTS FOR THE BUGS AND 8 MONTHS LATER AND ITS GETTING WORSE!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING.

1) BED BUGS 2) Elevators dont work 3) Management wont help you with anything 4) Water cuts off on its own and without warning 5) NOISY NOISY ENDLESS CONSTRUCTION ITS BEEN YEARS. 6) Rooftop inaccessible despite promises. HORRIBLE. Dont live here.

The construction noise can not be tolerated, utterly unacceptable.

Noisy place

Yes as the others said, this place is super noisy. Barely habitable. You hear noise from your neighbours and the constructions outside.

Horrible administrative services. They will avoid you before trying to resolve an issue. They will say you are always wrong.

The building is very well located. You have a pool and a gym inside. Security guard 24h, live-in concierge, garage. Located in 1-minute walk from metro Guy-Concordia (2 exits). Very close (1-minute walk) from Concordia University, John Molson Business School, buses 55, 74, 165, restaurants, shops, stores. The studio is located in the heart of downtown but is located in a calm area. Ideal for students and young professionals. Definitely no noises as people may say... very chill !

You are lucky to have found these reviews. This is one of the worst buildings I've ever lived in: you will hear ALL the noises coming from your neighbours ALL THE TIME. This building has the worst noise isolation ("isolation" doesn't exist actually in this building) ever. Administration is very rude and unprofessional. Do not rent here.
