Horrible customer service we will never go back there !!! We book on their website a trailer and we pay on the website and they did not want to give us the trailer and they did not want to refund us. When I call to reconfirm everything they told me that I call the day before and that was the same thing than yesterday. I never call there the day before and Nicole the customer sevice lady was arguing with me that I did call. I will never go back there... Even the owner did not want help us and did not want to give us a trailer. Conclusion : call somewhere else to get your uHaul ...
