    Worst services ever! BAD COMPANY! RUN

    Sincerely I will give this people anything worse than 1 star if there is. This is the worse management services I have seen in my life, not even in Africa where I lived for over 30 yrs would 1 see any like this. Since they took over d green village condominions last year, we the residents 've seen nothing good in their services. Since Jan.2017 I've not seen 1 single day they came to clean d surroundings & yet condo fees has gone up 2ce this year. They are even denying the contracts given to us.

    Money for old rop...

    Money for old rope with this guy he does nothing, unless you are his pal, commercial real estate and you are in! Paying fees on a condo you get nothing, drive by some of his managed condos, dowdy, not even a flower in summer, can never be get hold of on the phone when things go wrong, gives bad advice to condo boards, yet charges the earth. Do yourself a favour and remove this company from your condo complex and look at the few other reviews on the net here, they are all bad ! Shop elsewhere!

    Very bad managent...

    Very bad managent company. In my situation, they manage condos i live in and pay condo fees for but nothing gets done. The back yard has been dug up/mud zone since late summer last year and we only get excuses as to why its not fixed. Thank you randy heathcote for doing nothing about this. You and your people do like to save some money and slack dont you?!? Where did you guys learn now to manage thing? lazy and cheap buyers, stay away. Will change my review if anything gets fixed
