Finally found someone who cares about his customers! After many years of trying to find someone to repair some small blisters in our hot tub, we were given Chris’s number. He was efficient, knowledgeable & pleasant. He arrived on time (driving out of town), explained how he would fix our problem & completed the job to our satisfaction. That’s hard to find today! I can see why they have been in business for over twenty years. The quality of the work is excellent; the product used was dry to the touch before they left, the slight smell was gone by morning.They did the complete strip of the old tub, which was done by another company and started to peel within two days. The first company( AT FIRST) answered their phone and said that their grandmother had passed away, but after three calls and their grandmother dying each week, we went with Niagara Bathtub.
