Wow! Old fashioned service at an old fashioned price!
I can't say enough about how good my experience with Randy's Appliances was.
Had a broken Samsung washing machine - called and got a real human voice (5 minutes before closing time) - Randy's wife :)
I was given very reasonable pricing and washer was fixed within a couple of days.
I'm glad I found a local business I feel great about supporting!
It boils down to one very simple thing: THEY CARE! And they're not greedy like most these days.

I had the pleasure of having this gentleman in my home today to repair my Bosch dishwasher. He was very courteous and professional and started working immediately. When done he presented me with the bill which was a lot less that I had expected and I was very pleased to pay.

Great customer service. The office staff was nice, professional and they were able to squeeze me in right away. There were some issues with the parts needed but the tech Matthew went above and beyond to make sure my Viking oven was fixed. Really good company, I have recommended them to anyone who asks about repairs.
