I would just like to thank the very professional lady at the desk who helped me with my online purchase of a desk for my grandson. I needed my mower fixed ASAP. Other places were 1 to 2 weeks. they were one night! Also, they
• dropped off the lawnmower for me free of charge (not that this should be expected but it shows their character).
• filled my mower with gas
• fixed a blade i put on backwards
• and more, for like $80
I'll be going back next time my mower needs work.

I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

I took our mower to Active Tool Repair based on a suggestion from my neighbour. The guys were great - fixed the problem fast, the quality of the work was top notch, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
