Great Tel Mobility

I brought in my phone with a cracked camera lens cover. They had to order the part, which only took a couple of days. And it took less than an hour to fix, and when fixing it, they noticed the camera was also off, so they replaced it free of charge. Excellent service and a great price.

Been over a month, phones not fixed. Manager not returning my calls. Gone in to store half a dozen times. Just want a refund and they say they can't and to wait longer.

Overall a great service! The guy who helped me was polite, fast and efficient. I went for a coffee and by the time I was back my phone was working after dropping it in water and thinking i needed a new one. The best part was no charge if he wasn't able to fix it. Will be sending friends and family to Great Tel, Always!
