VERY SHADY AND DISRESPECTFUL BUSINESS. Do not use this business. I called them because I had a leaky ceiling and they send someone to diagnose the problem for which I paid almost $300. Then someone else came to repair the problem which they diagnosed for which I paid $2,000. However the ceiling is still leaking so I contact them because I was told the repair has a 1 year warranty. The guy on the phone was so disrespectful and actually told me to shut up when I called to complain about this.
The plumber(Ben)came out in response to an emergency situation and he fixed my bathtub faucet which was broken. The water had been running for about 2 hours and I couldn't stop it. I was impressed because he was able to fix it and he even gave me $50.00 off. I was so glad to find someone who could help me because it took me about an hour to find someone who could come out right away. It was a relief to get the tap fixed.
