They own property in Slave Lake Alberta and they charge ridiculous amounts for rent and condo fees and yet do not do any maintainence or upkeep on their properties and pay the landlords peanuts. We have been waiting THREE YEARS for a new outside door on the front of our townhouse and we have an earwig infestation in our home because our doors arent sealed properly. And dont even get me started on the parking lot that looks like a war zone and only has one drain.

Took over management of my building recently. There is always garbage on the grass of the property, and oh joy they decided to test fire alarms last second without notifying the tenants,2 days in a row. I am on nights and 11am-1pm is like my 3-5 am relatively. I called their edmonton office who said that was up to the on site manager, called the on site manager, he claims they sprung it last second. All around lack of management accompanied by a noticeable decline in upkeep to property.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. When I moved out my rental apartment after a month I figured out that they have mailed my security deposit check to my previous ( moved out apartment) address instead of my forwarding address. I had to argue with them a lot to get back my deposit.

Extremely unprofessional, unethical staff, they do not provide the fraction of the services what they charge the condo owners for; absolutely no respect and interest, motivation and genuine effort to solve any problems for condo owners; whenever problem exists, responsible individuals in this company do not deal with the problem(s), instead what a paradox they let the other-owners find the solution

Horrible property...

Horrible property management! Charged me to paint my unit when it wasn't painted in the first place when I moved out. I would not recommend renting from this business.
