They tried to fix the green stain in my daughters hair with a special $20 shampoo. That didnt work so they suggested a toner but they didnt tell her it would cost $75. She is 16...so how would she know? But the employee said she wasnt trying to rip her off...so that makes it okay, right?

Disappointing We have been going to this salon for a few years now & were quite happy with the service. However, the last couple of visit have sent us in search of a new salon. I had highlights put in my hair for my wedding a couple of years ago & was very pleased with the result. We were going on a trip last year & I decided to have it done again. Instead of subtle highlights, I ended up with broad patches of blonde in my dark hair. Recently I went to have my hair cut for our daughters wedding.

Terrible 1st Day of School Hair Cut

I do NOT reccommend this salon at Londonderry Mall at All. A kids school haircut nightmare... When I called to talk to the hairdresser (whom he claimed is the owner). He was rude, high tempered and then rudely asked to talk to my son, ummm no buddy. He is 13 you talk to me, so with the fact that we asked for a 3 clipper cut on top and 2 on the sides... He came out with a buzz cut, this guy needs to go do some morr training and should learn how to run a business
