Jason styled my hair for my holiday party and it turned out fantastic. Exactly like the picture I provided!

This was honestly the worst service I ever received in a salon. Had my hair dyed and it looked worst than a box dye, it did not show at all. I had friends and acquaintances tell me it looks like something I did at home with henna. Hair salon person was about to leave my hair half blow dried and I had to ask for him to fully dry my hair because it was cold outside. I paid nearly $200 for my hair to look the same and was really disappointed. The hair dye they used on me only shows under sunlight

Not sure about that negative review. Must be more to that. Jason has been doing my hair for years. He always goes over the top to make me happy. I recommend him all the time.

No! No! No!

No star! Horrible overall service from the sole hair dresser ( maybe part owner too), Jason. My friend and I got a perm in this salon 2 weeks ago, and the morning after we got our perm, our hair were almost completely straight again. Even if we put mousse and set our hair, our perm don't even last for 2 hrs. I went back to the salon and spoke with Jason, and instead of fixing the problem, he was confrontational and kept telling me that I don't know how to set it up or probably because of the way I slept (what?!). So he washed my hair and showed me how to set it up but even before I left the salon, my hair was already straight again. I asked for my money back (even just half of what i paid for) or he could redo my hair, but he refused. I asked for the owner's number but he won't give it to me. He said his boss is in China and doesn't know how to speak English, I told him my friend can talk to him but he still refused. Then My friend called him but he just hung up on her. Btw, he said there was another lady who came back with the same complaint, so I don't know why he won't give our money back or fix our hair.
