This is my first experience owning a rental property in a province other than where I live. Thanks to the excellent work done by Elizabeth and everyone at the Alberta Rental Assistance Corp. I sleep well at night knowing that my property is in good hands. They have always been very prompt in communicating any issues with the property or needs/requests of my tenants. Because they are so prompt, I am able to respond very quickly, in turn, which results in excellent service for my tenants.

Be wise and look elsewhere for "rental assistance." Contracts with this company include clauses that are designed to ensure they gain financial profit at your cost. Please seek legal advice before signing anything they offer. I wish I would have!
