First time I went there (about a month ago) I asked for a fill which they did but 3 days after I noticed the nail polish was chipping off so I went in a asked if that was normal (which i knew it wasn’t). They proceeded to tell me it was my fault as I was being “too rough” but they’d fix it for free. The owner is really rude and is never consistent with pricing as he will tell you a different price from what is advertised on the board and also what he quotes you over the phone - changing from visit to visit. He blames his customers for his lack of organization and staffing. I made a mani/pedi appointment for 3PM and had an event to attend at 5:30 which I told him. I didnt get to sit down for my pedi till 3:30PM. He blamed me for bot being able to do my acrylic nails. Rude awful service!
