This business is happy to take your money if you want an new RV, however if anything has to be repaired under warranty don't expect the same service level. Parts department will ignore you as you walk in for as long as possible and when they do acknowledge you expect a sour demeanour accompanied by an eye roll or two. If they do fix your issue do not expect a call letting you know that your vehicle is ready either. It is almost funny seeing how long they will let a completed job sit in their lot

When it comes to buying an RV, these guys are the BEST!! Steve was our salesman and he took such good care of us, total VIP service. An Awesome Purchasing Experience

My wife and I just bought our first travel trailer from Big Boys Toys Ltd. and we couldn't be happier with the experience. There are many RV dealerships to choose from on Vancouver Island but after visiting almost all of them looking at trailers the last few months I can honestly say that Big Boys Toys Ltd was the best. Overall it was an excellent experience and we're looking forward to using our new trailer!
