Brief summary: Vega movers broke and scratch up my furniture, refused to open and unload the truck at delivery until I paid in full, did not adhere to their moving schedule at all. My wife and I scheduled our move a month in advance with Tina from Vega Line Moving and Storage Services. We had preboxed all belongings and Vega stated that their movers will pad/wrap all furniture in blankets and safely delivery everything. They provided a delivery window between 8

Their customer service rep Adam exceeded my expectation. Along with other furniture, I had a piano to move with Vega Line Moving. Their crews have been very caring and professional. They took extreme care to tying the stuffs down on the truck. Despite a small house and tight stair corners, they could easily move all items including the piano. They went the long mile successfully and arrived on time. The Vega Line moving crew made my move less stressful.
