BMO Bank Of Montreal Surrey Branches - Cloverdale

I have been a very loyal and satisfied customer of BMO for 17.5 years at the Cloverdale branch. The customer service tellers are sterling each and every time I go to the bank. Just the other day I was there with my 8 yr. old son helping him with his savings account. Today I got a thank you card in the mail with a handwritten note from Bev a "C.S.R." agent thanking my little guy for his autograph. Now that's how you build future loyal customers little personal touch appreciations. Kudos Bev!!

If I could rate it a zero I would. Worst bank ever. Worst customer service. Worst answering service. Usually only one teller and long lines. Stay away.

This is the worst...

This is the worst branch I have been to. The tellers are abnormally slow and don't even care at all. I have to come in on my half an hour lunch break because my work does not have direct deposit and every time I am late coming back to workI work 3 minutes away from this establishment there is always a very large lineup and even when I have shown that I am in a rush and I need urgency the tellers seem to take their sweet time unfortunately this is the only branch that is nearest to me and it has disheartened me enough to actually want to change banks because of it if you are closer to any other BMO on the planet I would strongly suggest that you go to those ones
