Very concerning that my teen called for a cab 2 times in the span of an hour and was told both times the cab would come within 15 mins. The cabs never picked him up. This left my child between 9 and 10pm standing in the 0 degree weather the whole time. Next time be honest. Tell your client you cant come and make other arrangements. It sucks that we are living in a lovely community held to the confines of having no later buses in the Happy Valley area and having to rely on this unreliable company
Worst taxi experience I've ever had! 30 mins late showing up because "no GPS". The driver was swearing most of the way while blasting really loud music. Driver didn't wear a seat belt and looked at his phone the whole time he was driving. He decided to take a "shortcut" and ended up getting lost a few times because he likes the back roads as they dont have any cops. I was double charged and when I called for a refund was told to call back later.
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I would never recommend this company to anyone, nor would I ever call them again. Their manager has NO idea what shes doing and refuses to listen or help her CUSTOMERS, we are the reason you have a job lady, smarten up.
