Lava Suntan Studios Charleswood Studio

The salon is not run in a professional manner. I have heard numerous staff members talking badly about clients during working hours. The owner doesn't deal with complaints instead directs them to the manager but it is not clear who is the real acting manager. The employees have never used the products they are selling. The manager doesn't tan and has never even tried the mystic tan. Why would I buy product from from someone with no knowledge. Just selling to sell. Poor service.

Best tanning studio

I absolutely love coming here I have had a good experience since I started coming here and it is amazing the beds are amazing and I've seen awesome results :) I only tan 2 times a week if that and I've gotten dark. Ashley is an awesome chick :) I really like her. Hands down the best tanning salon I've been too in months ! I got the results I wanted in 3 tans here the I would've at any other salon :) keep up the good work!!'

Lava is awesome!!

I have been tanning at the Park West Lava Suntan Studio for the past year and can't think of one bad thing to say!!! The staff is super friendly and the beds are outstanding.......I would recommend the Lava tanning experience to everyone!!!

DONT GO HERE! FAIR WARNING

I tanned at this location when it first opened and let me tell you the manager, i believe her name is ashley was the rudest girl i have ever encountered. My mom came in to buy me a christmas gift and ashley refused to serve her until my mom removed her shoes even though my mom was standing on a mat the whole time. all the beds were always when she was working, and she was the most unfriendly, and pushy sales person i have met. the prices are SO high, and you barely see results. I started going there again when it was under new management but i was there last week, and ASHLEY IS BACK!!!! I HIGHLY recommend NOT going here. all that will happen is you will waste A LOT of money, and have to deal with a snobby leather face.

Fantastic place to tan!

I have been tanning with Lava for sometime now, and have never had a negative experience! The beds are great, they produce great color that is long lasting- which is exactly what I have been looking for. The staff are very friendly, they are always there if i have questions to ask, they know their stuff! I would reccomend Lava to anyone who is looking for exceptional service and an amazing tan. I wont tan anywhere else!!

Amazing place!!

Everything about this place was great. The staff are always so friendly and the variety of beds you have to choose from is great! Also all the lotions they to buy are amazing! Everything is always super clean, i would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The new Lava on Roblin is a great place to tan. The staff know so much about their equipment and products and are so helpful - hands down the best tanning salon I have been to!

Lava Suntan Studios

I love to Tan and have tanned at many places. I have to say that Lava is probably the best one I have gone to. The beds are nice and new and up to date. The price is higher than other places, but the max is 12 minutes so you don't use them as fast and don't need as many. Great Place to go! Highly Recomend Lava!

Would Recommend

This is my first time at Lava Suntan Studio. I go to the new facility@ Roblin and Dale Blvd. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They knew my name after the first time there! The beds are very high quality and powerful. My tan is the best it has ever been. It is very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend Lava Tans.

Lava Tan is AMAZING!

After my usual tanning studio shut down, I started looking for a new studio and came across Lava Tan. I decided to check it out myself and am very impressed. Having never been to Lava Tan before, the staff offered me a tour of the studio and showed me the different beds which they have. They have a wide variety of modern tanning beds. It is a very clean, bright studio. Whenever I want to try a new bed, the staff show me how to use it first which is very helpful. The other tanning salons which I have been to haven't done this but Lava Tan does. I know I will be returning to this studio. It is easily the best studio I have tanned at so far.

Lava Tan Park West

This is a PERFECT location for a tanning salon. The staff are so accomidating, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have taught me so much about tanning! A wide variety of lotions are offered, and there ALWAYS seems to be some sort of deal on! The different bed types are great, defintly worth the extra bucks. I'm officially addicted to the high pressure beds that lava has to offer. The salon is very clean and has a very warm and welcoming environment. I defintly suggest you try this salon out if you are in the area!

Lava is an amazing place to tan. Not only is the staff very friendly, the place is extremely clean. Which is a huge plus. The beds are great and give you an excellent tan. I will definately recommend Lava to all my friends.

I have always been skeptikal about buying things from tanning salons, as I have always had sales pushed on me, At Lava they dont push sales on me, they give me what I need to achieve the tan I want. I would recomend Lava to everyone! Its an amazing place to tan.
