Excellent customer service by Jah on the phone. He got me a great deal quickly and efficiently. No having to play any games or figure out if any ‘special offers’ apply to my purchase or not like at other places.
Worst experience ever!! I was sold a discontinued bed - one month delay. Corrected the issue - one month delay. Problem receiving item - one month delay. Ask for a refund and get the crabbiest, rudest girl ever. Amanda, basically tells me : Im sorry you opted for a cheap bed. By all means, take your business elsewhere or pay more. 3 months and waiting for a bed? I went elsewhere. Delivery-7 days. Refund from the Dufresne? 2 weeks to mail a check...haha NEVER AGAIN! Total joke from top to bottom
Unfortunately all was good until after sales info on warranty and trying to claim the guarantee that was granted, became such a dramtic issue for that one person to complete, that I would rather walk away and not deal there ever again. Unfortunately the whole store fails over one persons incomprehensible performance. But thats team work I guess.
I have been shopping at Dufresne for a number of years and have always received excellent service. They are friendly helpful and the manager Dustin always checks to make sure you have what you needed.
