Great service and quality products. An upfront business model that should be followed by any number of other places. I was treated like a human the whole time and felt very at ease throughout the whole transaction.

Service was very friendly. Was able to be in contact with the salesperson via text which made it more convenient. Did not push anything on me or make me feel like I had to buy something right away. However, I drove off the lot with an empty tank and that wasn’t fun. Overall, would recommend. Drazen is a nice guy.

So many things I liked and appreciated at this agency. From the information call where I didnt have to spend long waiting for service as the agent understood my needs very well and gave me options which was great. 2nd, I loved the helpfulness that each person at the agency displayed all the way from exploring options that works for me to getting the car plates on when I was taking it from the lot. No better service and I will be a customer for a very long time. Definitely give them a try.

We bought a beautiful 2011 BMW 328I from Drazen, Kara and Chloe! The service was above board. Drazen made sure he found us the right car. He tirelessly took the time to show us all of our options. In the end we found our car and when it was time to purchase everybody at Auto Excell made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Anybody looking to buy a new luxury vehicle I would definitely suggest they stop at Auto Excell! The selection is fantastic and the cars are impeccably kept!

They sold a car to not one, not two but three people. When the people came back for help, this company was NOT helpful at all. Instead they ignored the person and told them the warranty doesnt cover it. We rated them on Facebook and they deleted the ratings scale and called people fake. It doesnt get rid of a problem when you push them aside like that. Horrible!!!
