Rgprado Appliance Service

Came out promptly and seemingly fixed issue, which lasted 2 days, when I called him to come out, he called and walked me through the repair, which was a reset of the board. It still didn't work, i asked him again and he said its cheaper to buy a new dishwasher, and said he would charge to come out again. we were greeted in the morning with water pouring into the basement. I feel it was miss diagnosed and he should have come and checked it again.

Quite expensive for what was done, but fast and friendly service.

This company is the best appliance service company in the city BY FAR! Knowledgeable, honest, pleasant and always tries to be there to help when you need them. I would give them 10 stars if possible! I have NO idea why someone like Mr. Locksmith would ever give them any less than 5 stars for something not in their control. Call RG Prado once to see what I mean. You will DEFINITELY be happy you did!!

It was a great experience having RG Prado repair our front load washer. Speedy service, very pleasant interactions and great price. Would definitely recommend to others!
