Eddie came to the house and performed an exhaustive inspection which came with a extensive report. His environmental analysis pointed the way to the problems. Several major items needed to be quickly addressed. Eddie and his crew cleaned out the house, did the necessary restoration work and then made sure that these problems were very unlikely to reoccur. During this time we were constantly in touch with him. He explained what had to be done and why.

Eddie just completed our Home Assessment and I learned so much. He explained everything and found some things that we would have never ever discovered on our own. He has incredibly sophisticated equipment and that detects so many important elements of your home, things you wouldn't even think of. I'm so glad we chose E2 Home Inspections.He was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and is passionate about helping educate home owners and not just there to sell you a product, he doesn't sell prod.

This company was exceptional! Eddie really took the time to answer all my question and very friendly. He was extremely thorough with the inspection of the home viewing every nook and cranny of the home and giving very detailed report to me. The report had pictures of every issue and a whole page link to describe every issue in full detail and how to resolve it. The thermal imaging included was a huge plus as well. Would highly recommend this company to anyone buying a new home!
