Dial A Bottle Beer & Liquor Delivery Markham

Called for the 1st time and was told 60 to 90 minutes for delivery. After 90 I called and was told driver would call me to give an ETA. No call. Called back after 2 hrs, my call went on hold and then my call was cut off. Don't bother calling, make other arrangements.

Second time ordering and no one showed up either time . What's the point of this business exactly ?

3 times I've ordered and first 2 never showed up. Last time I thought I'd give them one more chance and 5 hours later they showed. Not reliable at all

No Show on delivery

Placed an order for delivery at 5pm. Was told 60 min to 90 min wait time, which was understandable due to the weather conditions. After 2 hours of waiting I called, the girl said that it was taking slightly longer because of the weather. After 3 hours I called and she insisted the driver was on the way. It is now 5 hours later and the are closed. Out of courtesy to them I waited assuming they had purchased the items I ordered. They could have let me know they would not be coming!
