Poor quality, dirt on finished product, poor colour matching, multiple issues with quality even though customer service staff who have no control over quality seem to try to fix things. After too many problems and costly errors, we give up.
There aren't even enough words in this form for me to describe the headache and disappointment we are having with this company at the moment. Orders were incorrect, another order was not delivered, the payment processes are completely unreliable and their customer service is non-existent.
We have been trying to reach them for 3 days now with no response or reply and my partner is on the phone being argued over our simple inquiry.
We recently produced some magazines with them. Both were worse color than I ever reproduced on a 2-color solna. Heavy complaints from our customer. We made a tight deadline - but we'll never use printer gateway again - They took no responsibility for their error (all skin tones were greeny and jaundiced) and insisted this was our file; despite the fact that we have produced these magazines for years with other printers and no issues. If you want fast and ugly - go for it.
If you were happy with your other printers that you used for "years with no issues", why did you leave them ???

Great customer service
Our business cards were received on time and the customer service was excellent and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience with Printer Gateway.
Printer Gateway has been our wholesale supplier for 2 years now and we have printed about 100 orders to date. We have maybe 4 problems and two ended up being our own file issue. All the other work was flawless and almost always faster than we expected! We know every time we deal with them that we’re getting quality work and professional service. We are very satisfied resellers!
