We showed up late in the day on a Saturday and we were greeted by Jean-Pierre. He inquired about the purpose of our visit and began to show us the models of washing machines we wanted to see. He was very nice and not pushy at all. I ended up purchasing the items I had set forth to buy and for once, I was feeling awesome about how I had been treated as a customer. Thanks again JP!!!
