Awful experience. Will never go back. As a Huntsville native I thought I would support local businesses and use the salon. Horrible mistake and massive waste of money. I had a keratin treatment in April, and the stylist messed it up. The results were nothing. My hair was exactly the same as before. I contacted them about the problem, and they did not offer any remedy. I literally feel cheated and so upset that I wasted $200 for nothing. Currently getting better results with $6 product at home.

We had the Hudson come to do our bridal hair and make-up and had a truly amazing experience. The staff was efficient, punctual, and most importantly, did a truly amazing job on our hair and our mothers' hair. They listened to what we wanted and did an even better job than we could have expected or asked for (especially since we didn't have a trial done!). We have different styles and they tailored their work to what suited us best. Thanks so much to them - we could not recommend them more.

Great service and...

Great service and great pricing. Coming from the city and the atmosphere was great and very professional. Greeted promptly and offered a drink while I waited. Stacey did an awesome job and very friendly. Now that I'm moved here I have found where to get my hair cut.

Absolutely awful!...

Absolutely awful! We went as a bridal party (booked in advance) for our nails and they were so understaffed it took nearly 4 hours. Plus the $70 fee for a manicure and pedicure didn't even include moisturizer, we had to ask for it and do it ourselves. Then when we arrived for our hair and makeup on the 'big day' the staff kept complaining that they only opened for us (again specifically booked in advance) and they didn't want to be there. We were also promised refreshments (at booking) and ended up having to call the groomsmen to bring us something to drink since we were there for hours. The staff kept trying to rush everyone, including the bride, and were rude and snarky that we were taking up their time. We will never inconvenience this salon again with our business; will certainly never return.
