Just signed up for the next 3 months! Came in tonight as a complete novice to martial arts based sports and was completely overwhelmed by the professionalism and kindness of everyone in the gym. I have been a member of MMT for almost 2 months. I loved this gym from the first day. It's a great environment that feels more like family. The coaches push you to your limits and then past them. It's OK if you can't keep up - there is no pressure - just encouragement. They are all great teachers. Get the personal training - it's worth it. Shout out to coach Niles - you're the best! I still can't believe how far I've come in so little time. I'm in the best shape of my life???.
