Worst furniture store in the GTA and probably in the whole world. Don"t get fooled by all the positive reviews. They are either fake or the people who use to run the store no longer work at this place. Customer service 0 out of 10 Order delivery 0 out of 10 Communication 0 out of 10 False promises 10/10 I placed the order in Feb 2021, still waiting and following up for the delivery.

Please please Please stay away from this place we spent over $15,000 for a table set. Worst mistake. After four months they inform us they were ready for delivery. The delivery was cancel several times after we had taken off from work, when the furniture finally got there they were damage. We called to speak with the so call manager. He is not qualified to even manage animals the worst customer service ever. We are still fighting to get our furniture. No one at the store want to talk to you.

These guys have huge variety of products; didnt expect the showroom to be so specious and well designed. The best thing is most of their products can be customised so I got to select exactly which colours i wanted for my sofas and bed room set. The staff was courteous and professional and overall experience was quiet good.
