I was called on a Sunday (there closed Sunday) and told they talked to my boss..? and wanted payment ASAP or further work would be refused. I have not received the product and it took 6 weeks to get my glass in! 2 weeks past what they said. But when it did finally come in I did offer to pay for the materials and they refused. Don’t recommend Owen Sound Glass

Excellent! Both people we delt with were friendly and knew what they were talking about. The shop is clean and well organized, service was fast, our glass table tops came out great, and we were happy with the price.

I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. I took in an antique window and an antique door with expecting to hear that they can't do it as their too old.... but they went over and beyond and made my day. They did such a great job! ?
