Housecalls Niagara/Prompt Care has been the best computer service all around that I've ever received. It was indeed prompt, my computer was actually fixed sooner than expected, and indeed caring as the tech took the time to patiently explain all issues to me, a person with very little computer savvy. Great customer and computer service.

I have just purchased a new computer and I knew, from the support that he has provided on my previous computer, that Xander would set up my computer properly and provide all of the necessary programs that would ensure that my computer will continue to work smoothly. I recently used Housecalls for the first time, and I really can't say enough about the prompt, knowledgeable and incredibly affordable service I received. No sales pitches, just a complete explanation of the problem and solution. I actually had to ask the tech to repeat the amount of the bill, as I was expecting something much higherI As with a previous reviewer, for a small (I mean small) quarterly fee, Housecalls will remotely clean up and optimize my computer every three months at a time suitable for me. I am so happy to have found an up front service I can trust!

Great Service!!!

Housecalls provided great service that helped get my small business back online. My work laptop crashed on a Thursday afternoon and by the end of Friday, 2 other computer repair places couldn't recover my data. Even though it was a Friday at 6pm, I was able to reach housecalls, brought my laptop in on saturday and they were able diagnose the problem quickly and recover all my data by the end of the weekend. Top quality service and affordable. No problem recommending them!
