Bought myself and my sister (who was visiting from out ofbthe country) a keratin treatment and cut by Domenico at Raffaello Salon in Yorkville. After texting back and forth for days, we set up an appointment for July 7 We got there and waited for 15 minutes (he was late) then he said he overbooked and he Would call us in 30 minutes to reschedule within the next few hours, then he sent a text saying home couldnt fit us in until July 27. I said forget it and we would request a refund

Raffeallo has been cutting and styling my hair for almost 40 years! I am continually asked where I get my hair cut and receive many compliments on the style. The cut always lasts for at least six weeks. I can't go anywhere else?. Sharon
