    first of all I could not even give THEM one star, their customer service is so TERRIBLE and RIDICULOUS. I have to go to their store 7 times just for contact lenses, i paid them 7 months ago and up to now they still have both my contact lens and my money. I DON'T understand what their issue is, they will call you and say it's ready for pick up and when I go there, they will have to call somebody and say they cannot release it. What a waste of time and money! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
