My Samsung fridge was not cooling I asked many other they told me it could be temperature sensor or I need to look at it like anyone would but when I call A1 appliance told him the problem over the phone he said it could be just ice frozen so just unplug it for 24hrs it will fix the problem and it did thank you so much

After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

I would like to thank two wonderful ladies,Jordanka from the 5th floor, and Cindy from Levi's on the 6th floor, who went extra mile to find my bag with expensive items that I lost in the store this boxing day. Both of them were not only sympathetic to my problem, but also proactive in efforts to help me.
