We showed up late in the day on a Saturday and we were greeted by Jean-Pierre. He inquired about the purpose of our visit and began to show us the models of washing machines we wanted to see. He was very nice and not pushy at all. I ended up purchasing the items I had set forth to buy and for once, I was feeling awesome about how I had been treated as a customer. Thanks again JP!!! AAA+++ service

No auto shop is perfect, Canadian Tire is no different. That said, not every shop will own up to that. Any time I’ve had a problem at CT, they’ve made sure to make it right again and there is definite value in that! It feels good to know you'll be looked after.

Everytime I go to the Brick I get excellent service. I had to buy a mattress for myself. I am very pleased with the product. Because they didn't tell me about the mattress and bed pick up for 40$, they came today and picked it up for free. Also, they took my old oven for 20$ even though I bought the new one from Leon's and not them. Leon's charges 30$. If you go to the Brick ask for Wanda or Gary. I get very good service from them. They are honest and not at all pushy.

I have shopped at G. T. stores for over 40 years and been happy about it.
But on line I am frustrated by the notice asking for my postal code every time I try to look for something. It does not work and it cut me off. Please get rid of the notice.
I shop at more than one of your stores not always the same one.

Bed bath is a great chain. The service here is extremely friendly and helpful. Many of the employees were glad and waiting to help you. The location is perfect next to many shops.
