Called to make an appointment for an etest, after talking on the phone and settling on a time for the next day I got a call back with an opening for that afternoon, I showed up an hour early and it was taken in right away! Guys, girl (and the pups) were very nice and made me feel welcome! I recommend everyone take there vehicle there for a job well done. Thanks :)

The guys at this Midas shop were really great, they did everything really fast when I needed my entire muffler line replaced. When they quoted me I was as usual not thrilled about the price but gave them the go ahead for the repairs anyway. 20 minutes later I received another phone call from one of their staff saying that they found the parts from another supplier. Saved me $200.

I had an appointment that was a week away for an oil change and to have my tires switched to snows. My tire had a flat this morning so I called Johns quality and they had no problem fitting me in to do the above with very short notice when they were very busy and fully booked. I highly highly recommend. We have gone to Johns for a few years now and would never look back. My husband and I are more than pleased. We are never overcharged and always get incredible service. I have brought several cars here over the years and have been consistently impressed with the caliber of service. From my Infiniti to my wife's Caravan, they are experienced with all makes and models. Fully transparent at all times about costs and required work, I won't take my vehicles anywhere else for anything more than an oil change.
