    NEAS Waited over a month for a repair on my sound bar from Samsung, i had to phone them for updates they never bothered to phone me. when i picked up my device the lady dropped and broke my converter. They kept telling me that warranty repair was top priority and it still took a long time to get my soundbar back, i do not recommend going to this business for either non warranty / warranty work.

    Worst company to deal with. I took a day off work on several occasions for them to not show up! No excuses. I have had the misfortune to use this company twice for warranty work as this is the company Whirlpool uses in my area. They had my microwave for months and when they returned it the buttons were in the wrong spot! Unbelievable. I actually thought it was a joke. Do NOT recommend. By the time all was said and done, it took about 6 months to fix my build-in microwave.

    Awful. gives run around. Doesn't return calls. Loses parts. Don't use them. It's not worth the frustration

    One of the worst company I’ve ever worked with. Our KitchenAid fridge had a door that wouldn’t close and after six cancelled appointments they showed up and said there’s nothing wrong. After arguing with them they had to order me a new fridge. That took three months to get in and they cancelled the delivery appointment two times. Now the shelves are collapsing into the centre and after arguing for three months they decided to replace the parts. Six weeks later still waiting. RUN RUN RUN

    Absolutely unacceptable that the company schedules an appt after already being to the house to look at the BRAND NEW RANGE and calls close to the end of the day after the client takes time off work 2 times to say "we are running out of time and can't come today!" Its been 5 weeks and now they say we will come tue...more time off work....This company is terrible!!
