    Warrant

    Had a problem with my TV and as it turns out they were able to charge the manufacture for the repair due to a bulletin. The service man was in and out of my home in less than 1 hour. Very good service.

    Won't service TV in house

    Would not come to house to service 32" wall-mounted Panasonic LCD TV. Wanted me to dismount it, disconnect it and bring it into their shop. Told me that if the technician came to the house he would not take it down off the wall to service it - would leave.
