Don’t order for pick up or delivery. Have ordered multiple times for pick up and food was not ready. Placed order for delivery wasn’t delivered after an hour and a half and they refused to refund the money.

This is a favouri...

This is a favourite of mine as it has so many choices for the buffet! I love getting together with friends here. The best time is definitely to go on mon- fridays. I do find evening prices to be a bit high.

Always good

Anytime I go here I have a great time. The food is always great and the service quick. I like the new method of ordering (you put down the number and quantity), so real chance of error. Great presentation and great tasting!!

Terrible Communication

Ordered one thing for take out, received another. Went in on November 10th, ordered my food which was a Ruby Sushi Combo, Yam Tempura and a California Roll. Received a Ruby Box which was chicken teriyaki and some other stuff. Mistakes happen, I can understand that. When I called to see if they can give me the food that I ordered, they refused. They said I ordered a Ruby Box which I most certainly did not. I order the same thing here all the time and he argued with me that I didn't order the correct item. Would not offer to fix his mistake or admit that he may have misheard me. This angers me very much because I know what I ordered and he flat out denies it. The guy at the counter should be in the back washing dishes. LEARN BETTER ENGLISH BEFORE YOU TRY TO DEBATE WHAT I COMMUNICATED WITH YOU!

Delicious!

The restaurant was incredibly busy for supper this evening, yet we were able to get a table without a reservation within a reasonable amount of time. The service was excellent: our server was pleasant, cheerful and kept our drinks filled. The atmosphere was elegant but not too stuffy. The music wasn't too loud and was conducive to conversation. The washrooms were clean and well lit. The food arrived quickly and was fresh. The server was on top of the table's needs, and frequently came to check on us to see if we wanted to order more. The food was delicious, all of the ingredients were prepared with great care, resulting in near perfection.
